<teiPublisher> is at the beta stage right now. If you would like to be a beta tester, we would be very glad to have you! Here's what you need to know:
You can download the most recent version of the application from http://support.lis.uiuc.edu/amitku/teipublisher/sf-downloads{~25Mb last updated 17th of April 2005 5:48 pm}
You can download the source code using subversion, follow the instructions here development documentation.
You'll also want to check out the tutorials and introductory information available on this site -- see the menu for links. Once you've got started, you may encounter problems (this is a beta, after all!), and if you do, we'd be very grateful if you'd file a bug report.
Before you file a bug report, check that the problem hasn't already been identified by someone else, by looking in the bug tracker: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=94603&atid=608424. If it's not there, then please check that you have the latest version of <teiPublisher>; it's possible that you're using an old version, and the bug has been fixed. If you have the latest version, and your bug is not in the system, then please report it.
When you're filing a bug report, this is the kind of information we need to know:
There are several ways to file a bug report. The simplest, and most convenient for us, is if you use the SourceForge bug system here: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=94603&atid=608424. Anyone can file a bug using this system; it will ask you to log in, in case you're a SourceForge member, but you don't have to log in to file your bug. Alternatively, you could join the teipublisher-users mailing list here: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=94603, and write to that list. Finally, you could contact one of the developers directly by email.
